Human Resources Administrator - North Tyneside
The position is for a fixed term for 12 months with the possibility for extension subject to continued funding.
35 hours per week
NJC Pay Scale 14 – 17 Scale 3: £15,725 - £16,830
The post involves working with the Chief Executive and Deputy Chief Executive to contribute to administration and reviewing all Human Resource associated policies and procedures. The role also involves event support for the Campaign Team, attending events as and when required and sourcing training for staff. Management, development and upkeep of shared databases. Answering telephones and assisting with the speedy dispatch of information, correspondence, orders and materials.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate administrative experience in a similar role, experience of database management and human resource management.
They will need a high level of motivation and have the ability to work with minimum supervision but still capable of working as an effective team member. Excellent organisational and planning skills, ability to prioritise workload are a must. As too, are good oral and written communications skills.
